Welcome to Paradise! Set half way up the hill and 2 minutes away from the beach, Silver Turtle villa has the best views on the whole Island. With a warm Caribbean breeze constantly present, this luxurious private villa features stylish Caribbean interiors with huge glass sliding doors affording panoramic views of the fabulous infinity pool, Jacuzzi, Caribbean sea and coral reef.
This privately owned villa sits on the Manadrin Oriental Estate, which gives access to all of the hotel facilities. Along with 6 en-suite bedrooms, there is a spacious kitchen and two separate studies (one which can be converted to a seventh bedroom). Highlighted by many as their favourite villa on the Island Prince Harry stayed here as “a very welcome mid-way respite from his tour on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen” as the letter proudly displayed in the villa confirms!
The villa comes with its own butler (who can rustle up a simple breakfast for everyone), daily turn dwn, daily housekeeping, complimentary laundry, toiletries and the use of fluffy robes and slippers.
A super yacht marina, Glossy Bay, has just been completed and includes numerous shops and restaurants including a supermarket and tax free high end jewellery store.
Soho House Club will open on the Island soon and the Aman are about to start building on the opposite side of the Island. In addition, the runway has been extended and access to the island made easier with the price of a jet from Barbados being halved (this takes roughly 25 minutes).
Canouan meaning 'Turtle Island' is easily explored using golf buggies and offers an extensive kids club, four beaches and several restaurants including the L'Ance Beach Club serving up Caribbean seafood. From its romantic setting created from drift wood and cream canvas shades and the palm tree lined Shell Beach offering toe in the sand relaxed lunches including the famous roti, to the fine dining experience of the Tides Restaurant in the Mandarin and the Italian restaurant in the centres square.
