Every summer, a small number of lucky guests admire the Maestro’s legendary event held in his very own open-air amphitheatre, Teatro del Silenzio. After the show, the Bocelli Foundation holds a special fundraising dinner at the Maestro’s house where you will have a chance to spend some time with this extremely talented artist.

Prague

Two fine performance for opera lovers at the National Theatre in the historic city of Prague, once the capital of the Holy Roman Empire. You will stay on these dates at the spectacular 2-bedroom/2-bathroom Rocksure owned apartment which looks directly onto the Vltava river and to the Castle on the hill beyond. It is just a five minutes’ walk into the centre of the Old Town.

Venice

13th - 16th December 2019
La Traviata is an opera in three acts by Giuseppe Verdi set to an Italian libretto by Francesco Maria Piave. It is based on La dame aux Camélias (1852), a play adapted from the novel by Alexandre Dumas, fils. It was first performed on 6 March 1853 at the La Fenice opera house in Venice. Piave and Verdi wanted to follow Dumas in giving the opera a contemporary setting, but the authorities at La Fenice insisted that it be set in the past, "c. 1700". It was not until the 1880s that the composer and librettist’s original wishes were carried out and "realistic" productions were staged.

Then continue for just a short walk to the Thetro Colón, where you have the opportunity to see an opera, ballet or concert, in the magnificent auditorium. 

It is considered one of the ten best opera houses in the world by National Geographic, and is acoustically considered to be amongst the five best concert venues in the world.
