Located on the iconic Linyanti Marsh, Linyanti Tented Camp is ideal for exploring the Linyanti Concession.

From river and floodplains to open dry-land savannah and woodland, the landscape is never without big game and birdlife.

Four spacious, airy tents recreate an explorer-type style, while the main area is on a slightly raised deck to experience the glorious scenery around.

Wildlife movements can be seen at the log-pile hide, especially in the dry season when large numbers of elephant move through the area (and quite close to you too!)

Linyanti Tented Camp provides first-class comfort in a prime safari destination, whilst supporting projects and initiatives in the Linyanti Concession.

Activities include game drives, nature walks and excursions in the scenic northern sector.

A private reserve in Chobe National Park, just north of Sauvati, is where you’ll find safari picture perfect Linyanti. Accessed by scenic air transfers, Linyanti offers the ultimate private safari getaway.

With rivers, swamps, vegetation, woodlands and floodplains on offer, the viewing of wildlife in this region is fantastic. Elephant, hyena, lion, crocodile and hippo all wander freely, with many opportunities to witness these animals in their natural habitat.

If you don't want scorching temperatures, and would prefer a getaway with no rain, the best months to visit Linyanti are the months of May through to September. Daily temperatures average of around 16 degrees centigrade in these months, however it can get rather cold in the mornings and evenings.

If you'd prefer to bask in the heat and don't mind a moderate amount of rainfall, October to March produce the hottest daytime temperatures, although you will probably encounter a thunderstorm and some rain, although these don't last particularly long and can add to the authenticity and experience of your visit.
