As the name suggests, this is a seriously "UBER" chalet in the exclusive resort of Oberlech that sits above the charming resort of Lech in Austria.
Boasting a much sought after quality of being ski in - ski out (off a blue piste so accessible to all levels of skiers, we might add!), along with an outdoor plunge pool, indoor entertainment area which could well be the cause for your not wanting to leave the chalet, Chalet Uberhaus is one of those wow properties.
Spanning over four floors, it's the perfect family chalet due to fact that two of the five bedrooms are family suites with bunk bed rooms attached (but separable with sliding doors) which are popular with parents with little children whom they like to have nearby. This layout lends itself perfectly for two families travelling together.
All bedrooms, naturally, have en-suite bathrooms with the majority having private balconies and access to the vast outdoor terraces that literally
open up onto the ski slopes! Making your 'morning commute' very easy indeed!
The first floor is dedicated to the large open plan sitting room area with the dining room area beyond the central fireplace, bookended by some very quirky & modern giant 'lava lamp' like pillars! The kitchen is separate from this open plan area so maximum privacy for guests is ensured.
But the real draw of this chalet lies in the party & entertainment ground floor. If a cinema room, extensive wine cave, pool table, full length & fully stocked bar, library, office, fitness gym, massage room, sauna and direct access to the outdoor heated plunge pool is not enough to keep you going, then I'm afraid we may never find anything to make the cut for you!
Chalet Uberhaus is uber in style, statue and service level. Very befitting of it's highly exclusive area, accessible only via private coded access.

Famed for her sophistication and elegance, the stunning resort of Lech is an exclusive escapism within the heart of Austria's
largest connected ski area, Arlberg. Tradition and luxury go hand in hand here as you stroll down the pristine main street adorned with intricately detailed & colourful residences, boutique shops & restaurants. Once a farming village, the old age charm has been preserved in every detail which further adds to the warm community feel of this resort. Incredibly chic but not at all pretentious.
But once out in the mountains, this timeless grace, genteel nature and elegance are but a distant memory. Board the gondola to transport you up into the
towering heights beyond, unfolding as you go, the promise of some of Europe's most challenging off-piste terrain ahead. High altitude, thus a great snow sure area with a longer than usual ski season, the Arlberg ski area consists of neighbouring Zürs along with St Anton 'over the top'. Don't forget to make a stop off in the small village of St Christoph where you will find one of Europe's best lunchtime spots, Hospiz Alm, and a huge variety of slopes for all levels of skier. For nursery slopes and the more nervous skiers, we suggest staying close to the area around Lech where gentle, cruising uncrowded pistes can be found. For the adrenaline junkies & powder hounds, make your way over to St Anton and take on the longest off-piste lift connected on ski route - taking in the infamous Valluga summit.
Zürs is just 4 km's away from Lech and can be reached by car and also ski lifts and pistes. The famous White Ring includes Lec, Zurs, Zug and Oberlech. Zürs is now almost exclusively a hotel village and the first ski lift in Austria was built here in 1937.

This chalet is available to rent during the Winter Ski Season only – December through to April.
Please contact your Rocksure Club Ski Team for all weekly prices as they vary according to season.
Peak Season: Christmas, New Year & February Half Term. Prices from EUR 75,000 per week on a fully catered basis.
Easter Season: April. Prices from EUR 48,950 per week on a fully catered basis.
Off-Peak Season: Early December, January, Early February & March. Prices from EUR 42,700 per week on fully catered basis.
A highly qualified professional chef to prepare breakfast, after-ski snacks, and dinner. Our chefs will work with you or your staff to create the perfect menu for your stay, be it a seven course evening meal or something simple and healthy (food and wine charged separately).

A dedicated chauffeur and vehicle (Volkswagen Caravelle or similar) operating between the hours of 8.30am until 2am.
The chalet manager and host(s) are at hand to pour your morning coffee, serve dinner in the evenings and provide you with a concierge service during your stay.
